Embrace a global Corti culture, from anywhere.

Where do you feel most productive?
At Corti, you'll have the flexibility to work from wherever suits you and your team best; whether it's from your local home in Texas, your cottage in North Sweden, a beautiful café in Paris, or the Corti headquarters in Copenhagen.
We're on an ambitious mission to build a future where people can have more accurate, affordable, and accessible healthcare. That means we're committed to finding the best people that can join the team, regardless of their location. That also means that our processes, communication, and culture, are designed with a remote perspective.
But don't worry, just because we're remote, you won't lose the opportunity to create a real connection with your team. From casual check-ins on Slack and virtual catch-up's, to frequent team and company trips in new locations, we guarantee that your Corti experience will result in connections made for life.

Being a leader in a remote company comes with its own unique challenges and opportunities. On the one hand, remote work can make it more difficult to establish clear communication and maintain a sense of team unity. However, with the right tools and strategies in place, a remote leadership role can also be incredibly rewarding.
Corti is a global organization with people spread out across 10+ countries. That means that as a leader, you won't always have the opportunity to connect in person with your team members. Many of Corti's leaders work from a remote location, which means that a big part of what we're looking for when hiring new leaders is the ability to handle working and connecting with people virtually.

You will get a local contract on local conditions based on your residence, as that is your home base. In the country you're based in, you can work from wherever you want, when you want, as our jobs are designed to be conducted remotely. If you want to work from another country for a while, we welcome that as well! However, this has to be aligned with your team lead to ensure it will work with timezones and the set-up you have in the team, and confirm with the People team what restrictions may apply.

For all Cortians who are not based in a city where we have a local office space, we will support you with the necessary home-office equipment needed: a laptop, a monitor, and a stand.

Terrific question! We're working on several initiatives that strive to help us create a more connected and unified Corti. Here are only a few examples:
- We aim to set clear goals and objectives for each team member and provide regular feedback on their progress. This helps Cortians stay engaged and motivated and allows managers to identify any challenges impacting a team member.
- We provide Cortians with the tools and resources they need to do their job, including access to training and support. This can help them feel more confident in their role.
- We foster an environment where people can build stronger connections by encouraging teams to see each other at least two times a year. Additionally, we all meet in a new location once a year, sharing insightful discussions and reflections. Previous locations include Morocco, Colorado, Copenhagen, and Italy.
- Our flexible work policy has helped people achieve a better work-life balance by being able to enjoy their day-to-day, both in their personal and professional life.
We're always working to increase connection and engagement between Cortians, whether through providing additional support, tools, or recognition.

Currently, Corti's headquarters are based in Copenhagen, Denmark, where approximately 40% of our team members are located. We also have an office space in Vilnius, Lithuania, where a part of our engineering team works.

You're free to go on a workation whenever you like, as long as you're compliant with the laws where you live, and that it fits with your team. We do not provide any additional support for workations but have heard terrific things from the Cortians that decided to go and work from a new location for a few weeks.

About Corti
Corti was founded to give healthcare professionals supportive tools that transcend today's time-consuming technologies.
Unlike every other vendor in healthcare, we do not want to bring yet more screens and technology but a way to leave them behind, as we are building bleeding-edge AI to augment people in healthcare and remove the clutter of administrative processes.
Corti's team encompasses some of the world's brightest data scientists, developers, designers, and creators, all choosing to be here to give healthcare professionals more time with patients and less time looking at a screen.
