Corti is seeking an ambitious and talented Product Marketing Associate to coordinate product communication, develop commercial enablement collateral and engage in market research to drive the adoption of Corti products across the globe.

Our main product is an industry-leading machine learning software that listens in during patient conversations, and provides real-time assistance to healthcare professionals. Our innovative in-call decision support technology has been proven to detect illnesses like Cardiac Arrest faster and more accurately than medical experts, ushering in a paradigm shift in global healthcare. Alongside in-call detections, we provide advanced Post-call Analytics, helping to optimize protocols and the performance of medical professionals, so that we can guide them to the right triaging outcome faster.

What you will do

  • Coordinate product communication and assist with the go-to-market process cross-functionally, validate value propositions based on customer feedback, create collateral, and develop campaigns to hit launch goals, building awareness and adoption.

  • Develop sales enablement collateral and content that communicates the value of our products and differentiates it in the market, including: presentations, FAQs, flyers, workshops, videos, online content, competitive battlecards and training material.

  • Engage in ongoing market research to understand the competitive landscape, and be a resource for competitive insights to support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

  • Own distribution of roadmap updates to the whole company on a regular cadence to ensure alignment on existing and new product developments.

  • Partner cross-functionally with demand gen, customer marketing, growth, PR, and brand teams to develop and launch marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand.

  • Be a liaison to drive the voice of the customer, continuously surfacing insights from our customers and users to our Product and Commercial teams.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or another relevant field

  • 2-4 years of industry experience in the B2B Enterprise SaaS space, with at least 1-2 years in a product marketing role

  • You're a natural storyteller with a track record of crafting compelling messaging across different audience segments

  • You’re a specialist in building cohesive and compelling presentations to communicate the value of products, both in terms of content and design

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where launches happen often - not once or twice a year

  • You have experience being “the glue” between Product, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing - with the ability to influence cross-functional priorities & decisions

  • You have experience being a partner to the Sales team and producing exceptional sales collateral, allowing them to effectively communicate product

  • You have an eye for detail and can successfully manage moving pieces across a number of cross-functional projects with a sense of urgency

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven marketing experience in SaaS B2B or the healthcare space is preferred
