About you

After 5 promising grants won Corti is seeking an ambitious and talented Business Developer with a background in project development or grant application writing to propel our development to the next level!

As a Business Developer, you will be directly reporting to our Head of Commercial Team. You will work closely with the other Business Developers and be instrumental in their efforts to obtain funding and create strategic partnerships with research institutions, governmental organizations, and private companies. This is a very critical task, as it will enable Corti to achieve its ambitious growth trajectory. 

Note: This is a full position. The main working location is Copenhagen.

What does this really mean?

You will:

• Search potential funding organizations and identify possible grant opportunities
• Write compelling, effective, and well-written grant proposals and ensure error-free grant submission.
• Work with the grant team to complete assigned tasks within the deadlines.
• Build positive relationships with existing and potential funding sources.
• Develop relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Need to have:

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to any client level incl. C-level.
• Experience succeeding in a complex, cross-functional grant application process
• Significant experience in healthcare, emergency management, or high-tech grant applications.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Located in Copenhagen, Danish Native, fluent English skills in both writing and verbally.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of project development or grant writing experience.

Practicalities

• The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible at our headquarters in Copenhagen
