Join our People Team as a Senior HR Business Partner, and embark with us on the mission to fix the broken dialogue in healthcare.

Our People team builds the frame for a work environment where every Cortian can thrive and deliver extraordinary results. In the next stage of growth, we need a Senior HR Business Partner to be the trusted advisor on everything employee-related for our Cortians. 

In this role, you will ensure that all the necessary processes & structures are in place, so that distractions are minimized. At the same time, you will work closely with managers across the business to resolve employee queries and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance. 

💡 What will you do?

• Develop and implement People and HR policies and procedures that are simple, effective, and compliant
• Analyze employee data to identify trends and problems to fix
• Benchmark relevant policies, compensation, and benefits to the market
• Support employees on employee-related issues and requests.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, & reporting requirements
• Partner with our recruitment team to identify and recruit top candidates for open positions.
• Partner with the wider People team on initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent

What background we’re looking for:

• Strong track record in operational HR and Business Partner roles.
• Experience being in fast-paced tech organisations
• Solid knowledge of best practice HR & People Operations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• A structured and data-driven approach to problem-solving

Practicalities

• The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible.
• Corti will provide you with a laptop for work and personal use.
• Based in London or Copenhagen
