💡 What will success look like?
The revenue process runs like a machine, and you have a clear idea of the top levers to tweak and improve our ways of operating to maximize traction
- Continuously improve pipeline bottlenecks: Drive higher conversion rates and shorter lead times by identifying, testing, and implementing gradual process improvements across Growth- and Sales-processes (eg handover procedures, tool updates, workflow automation, etc.)
- Set up our growth machine: Support our Growth Team with the execution of ABM campaigns as well as preparation and follow-up around events—by owning the tools, processes, and execution of these activities, while getting input on content and audiences from other functions.

Run pipeline reviews: Run regular deal- and pipeline reviews to ensure consistency of logged CRM information with our Sales Process definition—to translate this into:
- A higher chance of closing for Account Executives,
- and a reliable pipeline forecasting for the Finance Team.
- Own our CRM management: Be the central owner of our CRM system (Hubspot), including quality management of records, continuous training of commercial team members, and continuous tweaks in the property, workflow, and process setups.

Own the budget and adoption of commercial tools: Improve commercial processes by implementing new tools when needed.
- Translate identified process improvements into requirements for supporting tools and drive the implementation of these, including CRM-APIs, Marketing-automation-tools, and any kind of communication tools.

- You like to stay on top of the latest commercial tools and like to annoy your leader with potential trials and give new things a shot.
- You can look at multiple dashboards and spreadsheets at the same time to instantly identify what needs the most attention and communicate this clearly to the relevant stakeholders.

What background we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years of full-time experience in the area of Revenue Operations or a similar area.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- Successful track record of improving or implementing a commercial workflow/framework to drive continuous performance improvement.
- At least 1-year experience working with Hubspot and/or Salesforce.
- Comfortable working with google sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
- SQL and/or Python skills (including setup of tool APIs and programming of custom objects).
- A big plus if you have experience working in Marketing operations, including the implementation of relevant intent- and ABM tools.
Practicalities
- The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible.
- Corti has offices located in Denmark and Lithuania, we also encourage applications for remote roles.
- Corti will provide you with a Mac or Linux-based laptop for work and personal use.
