Then join Corti, as we are seeking another brilliant Business Development Executive to join Corti's Business Development Team ☄️
As Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and closing new business in the Virtual Care market, owning dialogue with prospects from discovery to product demonstration to signature. Key responsibilities include driving revenue through prospect interactions, studying and defining market segments, researching value drivers and pain points, and preparing key collateral tailored to target organizations. You'll be accountable for exceeding quarterly quotas, proactive deal management, and accurate forecasting.
As an individual, you are eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and can collaborate with cross-functional teams and independently of others. Most importantly, you are passionate about driving innovation and can challenge buyers to think differently and compel them to act beyond the status quo—up for the challenge?
The impact you'll make
- Own revenue targets for market segments within Virtual Care.
- Independently identify customer needs and pain points, demonstrate product, manage the strategic discussion, prepare quotations, and own contract negotiations.
- Plan e2e sales process, including monthly forecast planning, budget management, and ongoing sales reporting.
- Create and customize key solution demos and prospect collateral.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and congresses, to demonstrate Corti’s products effectively and to develop new customer leads.
- Conduct in-depth market research to validate new markets, verticals, and organizations.
- Collate reports on key buyer personas, value drivers, and user workflows.
- Research and compile ROI breakdowns for prospect organizations.

What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related subject.
- Previous experience in business development, consultancy, and investment management.
- Proficiency in integrated business management, CRM software, Powerpoint, and Google Slides.
- Highly motivated and solution-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
- Advanced knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
- Proven ability to increase competitiveness and market share.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.
- Competency in researching sales leads, presenting proposals, and negotiating deals.
- Ability to advise on strategic industry partnerships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Practicalities
- The position is remote and full-time and starts as soon as possible. The candidate must, however, be located in the U.S.
- Work activities cover the entire U.S., and you should be able to travel internationally for business purposes (2-3 weeks a year).
- As this position is part of the Business Development team, you will report to the Head of Business Development.
